Firenze Fiera has been using the Easy Pro Suite since 2010 to manage all processes related to real estate administration and technical systems across its facilities. Firenze Fiera is the joint stock company that oversees the three main exhibition and congress venues in the city of Florence:
Fortezza da Basso, designed by Giuliano da Sangallo the Younger in the early 1500s on commission from Alessandro de’ Medici;
Palazzo dei Congressi, housed within a 19th century villa originally built by the Strozzi family;
Palazzo degli Affari, a modern, versatile, and multifunctional structure designed in 1974 by architect Spadolini.
These three venues stand out for their distinctive character and strong visual identity, offering high profile exhibition and congress spaces. Together, they enable the organization to host a prestigious calendar of events each year, including conferences, conventions, and around 20 major trade fairs.
