Adhera trademarks and logos, as well as all product, content and service names are the property of Adhera and may not be used without the written consent of the owner.

The Nortech International trademarks and logos are the property of Nortech International and may not be used without the written consent of the owner.
The brands and logos of Xeo4 s.r.l. are owned by Xeo4 s.r.l. and cannot be used without the written consent of the owner.

The User acknowledges that the information presented to the User by the Service is protected by laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual and/or industrial property rights.

The User undertakes not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell and in any case not to exploit for commercial purposes in whole or in part the Services and/or the contents and/or intellectual works relating to the Site.

Pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 1 of the legislative decree of 22 March 2004, n. 72, as amended by the conversion law of 21 May 2004 n. 128, the works on this site have fulfilled the obligations deriving from the legislation on copyright and related rights.

Reproduction, communication to the public, making available to the public, rental and lending and dissemination without the authorization of the rights holder is prohibited.

The sanctions provided for by the articles apply to violations. 171, 171-bis, 171-ter, 174-bis and 174-ter of law 633/1941.
