Publiacqua S.p.A. has been the appointed operator of the Integrated Water Service for the Optimal Territorial Area No. 3 “Medio Valdarno” since January 1st, 2002. This strategic area of Tuscany spans four provinces: Florence, Prato, Pistoia, and Arezzo.
Since 2020, Publiacqua has been using the Easy Pro Suite to manage all processes related to Asset, Facility, and Document Management. The Document Management module is particularly leveraged within Management Systems, providing detailed control over the entire approval workflow.
